Access to this facility is controlled. All breaches in security are to be communicated to the Dockworker listed on Declaration of Security.

Communications between the facility and the vessel are to be conducted via the radio issued upon arrival.

A Declaration of Security must be completed by the Dockworker and the vessel Master or designee when the vessel has been cleared by the authorities.

The vessel must: conduct a topside roving patrol at least once every hour; maintain a gangway watch and maintain

lighting down to the waterline on the outboard side at the vessel at night.

Procedures are as follows:

All crew changes will have to be conducted on the waterside of the vessel. Crew will no longer be transported through the facility to the ship berth and vice versa.

Crew changes are not allowed during discharge of cargo.

All luggage / packages accompanied by a seaman must be transported to the vessel and lifted aboard the vessel on the waterside of the vessel.

No stores and luggage receipts / deliveries will be permitted entry into this facility. The vessel is to arrange to receive these items via launch.

You may contact Associated Marine at 409-962-0924 or any other designee to arrange for launch services as needed.

Launch services along the waterside of the vessel before or after cargo discharge will be allowed as long as the ship is within its allowable free time at the docks.

All information concerning such services will have to be provided to Sunoco Security as far in advance as possible.

Requests to waiver the policy to cover emergency situations would be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. ( last minute

repair parts or crew member emergencies). These requests are to be forwarded to the following:
