Access to this facility is controlled. All breaches in security must be communicated to the Dockworker listed on the completed Declaration of Security.

Communication between the facility and the vessel are to be conducted via radio transmission. A radio will be issued to the vessel upon arrival.

A Declaration of Security must be completed by the Dockworker and the Vesse master or designee when the vessel has been cleared by the authorities.

The vessel must: Conduct a topside roving patrol at least once every hour: maintain a gangway watch and maintain lighting down to the waterline on the

outboard side of the vessel at night.

Crewmember Transportation can be secured through Associated Marine Transportation only. Crew members must present valid ID and paperwork prior to entry

onto the Associated Marine Vehicle. Transportation will be allowed daily between the hourse of 1600 to 2400 hours. Transit is allowed through the rear gate of

the facility only. Any seafarer requiring access outside of these hours must utilize waterside access. Shore-side passage may be suspended at any time by the

Facility Security Officer.

Agents are not permitted to transport crew members without advance approval of the Facility Security Officer of the Security personnel. All on-signers and

off-signers must be listed on a valid gate list. Your gate list should be provided to the following:

No unaccompanied luggage or packages are permitted in this facility. These materials must be transferred via launch services. Crew members are allowed

on piece of luggage when boarding the transport van. Crew members will be allowed to bring packages from shore provided they are unopened and the

original receipt is available. Shore-side delivery of stores is NOT permitted. Arrangements must be made for stores delivery utilizing launch services.

TWIC cards are required for access to the facility. Visitors are not permitted to serve as escorts in this facility. If an escort is required, contact security and request

one.
