1/ Minimum Required (2) tugboats for docking / (1) undocking.  (3) tugboats If river stage is 25ft NGVD (terminal descretion)
2/ Tml requires submission of CBP Form 3461 (Entry) prior to vessel arrival to tml
3/ Crew allowed off vessel (see remarks below); Crew can not carry large boxes back across dock.
      **  Crew leaves and/or crew changes will be allowed under the following conditions:
An exact written list of employees, who will be leaving and returning, must be provided.
The list must be faxed or emailed to LBC. 
 The exact time of the crew’s departure and return must be stated.
The agent must have transportation waiting for the crew at the time of their departure.
The transportation vehicle must check in with Security before the crew will be released from the ship.
The entire crew must check out with Security before departure and check in with Security upon return.
      ** The crews must proceed immediately to the ship upon  return. No loitering will be allowed in or around the facility.
Only 2 crew leaves will be allowed per day.
** Crewmen leaves will be allowed for medical emergencies without prior written information.
The Shift Leader on duty shall permit leaves for medical emergencies.
Security shall record the crew members name when leaving and check credentials upon return.
