| Effective Nov 29, 2001 no ship personnel will be allowed to leave or board any vessel while at docks. Store deliveries, mechanics, etc. | ||||||||||||||||
| will also not be allowed to board or leave the vessel. The vessel's agents and the petroleum inspectors, government agencies and loss control | ||||||||||||||||
| representatives will be able to board and leave the vessel. The vessel's agents must give Valero, in writing, a list of personnel | ||||||||||||||||
| that will board the vessel. These personnel must check in and out at the Security Building for controlled access. These persons will be | ||||||||||||||||
| subject to a complete search of their vehicle and baggage. These persons must have valid picture identification on their person at all times. Any and | ||||||||||||||||
| all other persons that must board or leave the vessel must be done by launch. Valero must receive, in writing, a list of these persons and affiliated | ||||||||||||||||
| companies for our file. Valero will hold the vessel's agent, ship captain and vessel owners responsible for the implementation of this guideline. | ||||||||||||||||
