3/ Security Fee: usd $600 per day (security form must be faxed to 504-436-4438 prior to vsl arrival)

4/ One or Two standby tugs may be required if river stage in excess on 12'-6" (vsl over 500 ft)

5/ USCG exam / tml Charges usd $5000

6/ Dockman will not board vessel for any reason. Vsl must come to dockhouse for signing of NOR;

vessel will be required to complete and sign a Declaration of Inspection before the start of cargo

operations and at each shift change.
